Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain our BeHR SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will work on both frontend and backend systems, build scalable features, improve performance, and ensure system reliability.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with experience in web, API, front-end, and mobile development using Flutter
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience AI Coding Assistance such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot,..
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based HR & Payroll applications
- Build both frontend and backend components
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs
- Implement new features and improve existing ones
2. Frontend Development (Tech: Flutter)
- Develop responsive UI using modern frameworks
- Ensure good user experience (UX/UI)
- Optimize application performance
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs
3. Backend Development (Tech: PHP Laravel)
- Build backend services and business logic
- Develop APIs and database architecture
- Maintain authentication and security
4. Database Management (Tech: PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Design and manage databases
- Optimize query performance
- Ensure data security and integrity
5. Testing & Debugging
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Perform system testing
- Improve system performance and stability
6. Deployment & Maintenance (Cloud server: AWS, Docker)
- Deploy applications to cloud servers
- Maintain system uptime
- Monitor production system
