ByteDC and Mobile C&C Cambodia have signed an MoU to host Mobile C&C's Digital Loan (LOS) Processing on ByteDC's sovereign cloud.

New central bank guidelines require every bank and financial institution to run a primary data center inside Cambodia. This partnership lets the banks and microfinance institutions using Mobile C&C's software meet that requirement, without changing the systems they already rely on.

ByteDC was Gold Sponsor of the Cambodia National Cybersecurity Competition 2026 last weekend at Oakwood Premier Phnom Penh, organised by MPTC and the General Department of ICT.

And we had a team in it. Engineers from our own cybersecurity team made the top 30 and competed in the final.

These are the people who will defend Cambodia's banks, telcos and public services in ten years.
