Key Responsibilities:
* Develop growth strategies & identify new business opportunities (Telecom/AI/Engineering).
* Expand regional customer base across Cambodia and Asian markets.
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Lead commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, IT, Business, or related.
* 8+ years of experience in business development/sales management.
* Strong track record in sales and revenue growth.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and English proficiency.
* Willingness to travel.
2. HR & FINANCE MANAGER
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead full-function HR (recruitment, development, performance, compliance).
* Manage office administration and day-to-day operations.
* Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance.
* Manage budgets, cash flow, cost control, and financial planning.
* Monitor project costs and coordinate with external auditors.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
* 5+ years of management experience.
* Strong leadership, accounting/finance principles, and labor law knowledge.
* Proficiency in AI and accounting software.
* Excellent English proficiency.
