We are looking for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR,
is responsible for assisting the Warehouse/ Stock Controller in managing the warehouse in term of receiving the materials or transferring the materials/goods to each department, stock counting and stock arrangement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist the warehouse/stock controller in handling materials inspection when receive goods from suppliers
- Assist the warehouse /Stock controller for the daily or monthly or semi/annually Physical count as necessary or requested by the management.
- Assist the warehouse/stock controller in preparing Warehouse Movement monthly report.
- Report to the warehouse/stock controller immediately and permanently the Damages and scrap materials
-Store materials according to “Storing Guideline” or as per the supervisor's guidance.
- Do filling of necessary documents related to warehouse work as appropriate
- Ensure that the warehouse compounds are neat and tidy
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENT:
- Warehouse Experience is an advantage

We are currently looking for one financial manager who contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the finance department by executing daily tasks with a strong attention to detail.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- To lead a team in accounting department
- Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices, following up with vendors and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, producing statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and account reconciliation when required.
- Processing Employee expense reports, verifying expenses are within the company guidelines, correcting errors, questioning abnormal expenses and entering into the finance system.
