Job Title: SEO & Digital Marketing Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing on-page SEO, creating and maintaining WordPress landing pages, and supporting social media campaigns to enhance our clientsโ digital presence and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Optimization:
โข Optimize website content for target keywords (meta titles, descriptions, headings, etc.).
โข Conduct keyword research and integrate keywords into landing pages.
โข Create internal linking strategies to boost SEO performance.
2. WordPress Management:
โข Create, update, and maintain landing pages using WordPress.
โข Install and configure SEO plugins (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math).
โข Ensure all website pages are mobile-friendly and optimized for speed.
3. Performance Monitoring:
โข Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track and improve website performance.
โข Identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, page speed optimization).
4. Social Media Support:
โข Assist in managing company and client social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
โข Post updates, promotions, and engaging content to drive traffic and engagement.
โข Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to improve performance.
5. Collaboration:
โข Work with the marketing team and external vendors to align on SEO and social media strategies.
โข Suggest improvements for website content and social media campaigns based on analytics data.
Requirements:
โข Education:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
โข Experience:
โข At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or WordPress management.
โข Familiarity with managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc.).
โข Skills:
โข Proficient in WordPress (including plugins like Yoast SEO or Rank Math).
โข Basic understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
โข Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus.
โข Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
