Last week, GOIP achieved a major milestone in our mission to transform public service delivery in Kenya. ๐ฐ๐ช
We successfully took part in the launch of a state of the art Call Center Solution at Kakamega County, in collaboration with the Kakamega County Government, and in strategic partnership with Konza Technopolis and Twaweza through the Sauti za Wananchi initiative.
This deployment marks a bold step toward strengthening citizen engagement, accelerating service response, and enabling data driven decision making across county operations.
