OBTAIN LAND SURVEY PLAN
• Request for folio Registry number search.
• Pay for folio registry number search.
• Submit search payment receipt.
• Confirm availability of Survey plan.
• Pay for survey plan
• Obtain survey plan.
ARCHITECTURAL PLANS APPROVAL
• Register with Nairobi City County self-service portal.
• Submit architectural plans.
• Pay for permit fees.
• Obtain architectural plans approval notification.
• Submit architectural plans for signing.
• Obtain authenticated architectural plans and construction permit.

STRUCTURAL PLANS APPROVAL
• Submit structural plans.
• Obtain structural plans approval notification.
• Submit structural plans for signing.
• Obtain authenticated structural plans

NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY (NCA) APPROVAL
Submit application for project registration.
Obtain notification of approval.
Payment of construction levy fees.
Submit payment receipt.
Obtain preliminary compliance certificate.
