Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Support Intern to assist in training system users and providing basic troubleshooting support. The intern will work closely with our technical team to ensure smooth user adoption of our systems and address basic operational challenges.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct user training sessions on system functionalities and best practices.
Provide first-level troubleshooting support for system-related issues.
Assist users in navigating and utilizing company software solutions effectively.
Document common system challenges and user inquiries for future reference.
Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex technical issues.
