Today we drove on Dongo Kundu, the Coast's most stunning bypass and the longest ocean bridge around. We skipped the Likoni Ferry this time and glided over the sea, past mangroves and into forested Kwale, where baobabs stand tall and time doesn’t hurry.

That’s how we got to Matuga Technical and Vocational College. A place that feels slow from the outside, but pulses with the quiet urgency to modernize. And that’s exactly what we brought: UltimateERP.

Now, Matuga is no longer chasing systems. It's setting the pace. Off-grid?Mmh.. Maybe. But today, Matuga runs on something better than power. Clarity. Behold the dream turn to reality.

The Sigor–Kapenguria road had us quiet for a while. A moment of silence for the beauty of this side of the world. And the sun played ball by hanging low, penetrating the leaves, and casting that honey glow over everything. The hills also leaned in just right, like they were trying to listen in to the trade secrets of the mighty Optimum. The road feel sacred. For a moment we even forgot that our phones' signals were low.

That road was quiet. But behind us, we’d just lit up something powerful.

We were heading back from Chesita TTC after sealing the deal with Optimum ERP, and the drive felt like a reminder, that this country is vast, beautiful, and full of places where systems still drag their feet. But not anymore for Chesita. It's gonna be a different game for it on the tech front.

West Pokot welcomed us with that quiet, rugged pride it wears so well. Past the escarpments and the winding red-dust roads, we found ourselves at Chesita Teachers Training College, perched so beautifully between picturesque, sun-baked hills and the determined dreams of the next generation of teachers.

And we arrived with Disruption.
Today, Optimum Computer Systems Ltd and Chesita TTC sealed a partnership to bring the Optimum ERP into the heart of this institution. A digital leap in a place where progress often rides in on the back of resilience. From admissions to student records, library to finance, this system is about to lift the weight of paperwork and inefficiencies off the backs of educators trying to do their best with little.

Now, even from these remote hills, Chesita can run like any other modern institution in Kenya. And that’s the beauty of it. From the ridges of Kapenguria to the lecture halls of Chesita TTC, the future is already here, and it's logging in. Wonderful transformation 😊

The has always had a reputation of a home of resilience, of quiet strength, of people who do the work even when no one’s watching. Today, we were proud to tap into that same spirit as we visited Kiharu Technical and Vocational College to sign a partnership that’s all about building forward and creating something lasting.

This is a step toward transforming how the institution runs from the inside out. With our Ultimate ERP, Kiharu TVC will now have the tools to manage everything from admissions and finance to staff and student records, quickly, smoothly, and with full transparency.

In a county that has given Kenya some of its sharpest minds and strongest hands, it only makes sense that innovation should flow just as steadily as the rivers that cut through these hills. Murang’a is moving, and we’re honoured to be part of that momentum.

Our team took a little drive today into the heart of Njoro, where the surrounding hills roll easy. Here, the air feels unbothered, and the rain seems to know your name😊

That’s where we found Njoro Technical Training Institute. Sandwiched between green farms, the Mau Forest not too far off, and the old charm of Lord Egerton Castle just down the road.

And we didn’t come empty-handed. Don't you know our game? 😌

By the end of the day, we’d signed a partnership agreement that officially makes Njoro TTI the newest member of the Ultimate ERP family.

So yes, it’s official: Njoro TTI is will be powered by Optimum. And we couldn’t be happier to be part of their story.

Today, we wrapped up a transformative week of induction training for our 3rd cohort of interns in the vibrant North Rift city of Eldoret. From an impressive pool of 379 applicants, these 11 select young tech enthusiasts have completed their training and are poised to begin their six-month journey with us, working alongside seasoned experts to advance the frontiers of technology.

This is the third batch of interns who have stepped into an opportunity to sharpen their skills within our prestigious ranks. As an equal opportunity employer, we're committed to merit and excellence, and we're excited to see who among these talented individuals will continue with us beyond their internship.
