Once a user registers for the service, they choose the most convenient post office (out of the 622 Post offices across Kenya) where they can receive their letters/documents/parcels. Once a letter is received by the PCK, an SMS will be sent to the user, notifying them that they have received mail (letters/documents/parcels). The user then has a choice of walking to the post office to collect the documents or ask that Posta delivers them to their house/office/different location at an extra fees. This service costs KES 300 per year. you can link your current physical box with your mobile number to receive alerts when your letter reaches your post office Box use your Agent No. 0722800866 to register.

Step2: Enter ID No.........
Step3: Enter your preferred Postal Code eg 00100 etc. Step4: Enter your Agent No. 0722800866
Step5: Pay a yearly subscription of 300/= to Postal corporation via mpesa.
You will be assigned a postal Box instantly.
NB: You can link your current physical Post Box with your Mpost Box to receive alerts when a letter, parcel etc reaches your Box.
