Staff manually hand out physical application forms?

Still type student data line-by-line into spreadsheets?

If yes, that is really tiresome and Administrative time consuming. Administration activities really needs a speed Boost. The Administrative Speed is boosted when a school has a digital portal where a parent simply fills application forms and uploads required documents to be verified before opening day.

Once application is approved by the administration department, enrollment number is automatically generated and issued to an approved applicant, parents or guardian can proceed to make payments as instructed using enrollment number as a student identifier. Payment will automatically reflect at the system such that a parent will collect a hard copy receipt on the reporting day.

The process makes it easy and faster on the reporting day. Activities that would take a few days now takes a day.

Moving a school to digital in this case is introducing a system into a school to help in running activities in a school. The following are the effects of moving a school digitally.

1. Administration speeds up.
2. Accuracy in financial records levels scale up.
3. Accessing student's records becomes easy.
4. Communication with parents, teachers, other workers becomes easy and cost effective.

Business Reports can be used to know how much is expected in a specific period, maybe a term. Balances report can serve the purpose.

Knowing how much is expected is important to both management and banks. Management can make budgets and banks can used it to decide whether to give a loan to the school or not!
