Every coffee cherry on this branch is at a different stage of ripeness, and what happens after harvest matters just as much as the picking. On August 26th, we are hosting a learning session at Gititu Farm on Smart Solar Dryers and the opportunities in drying. We'll be bringing together farmer co-operative officials, county agriculture officers, development partners, exporters, and aggregators for a practical, hands-on look at how modern solar drying technology works, and how it directly affects produce quality, cuts post-harvest losses, and opens doors to better prices and new markets.
