Agnes Wanjiru Mwangi is a visionary Kenyan entrepreneur, technology leader, mentor, and faith-driven founder passionate about building practical, future-ready solutions that transform lives, businesses, and communities. She is the CEO and Founder of Atlantis Telkoms Ltd, a growing technology company specializing in AI automation, smart homes, structured cabling, CCTV systems, biometrics, solar power solutions, intercoms, solar lighting, and intelligent infrastructure systems. Her work is driven by a deep belief that technology should not only be innovative, but also accessible, impactful, and capable of solving real-world problems.
At the center of her entrepreneurial vision is Atlantis AgriNode, Atlantis Telkoms Ltd’s AI + IoT smart farming ecosystem designed to revolutionize agriculture through automation, data intelligence, irrigation control, greenhouse management, drone integration, analytics, and AI-powered recommendations. Through AgriNode, Agnes is helping shape the future of African agriculture by creating intelligent systems that connect farmers, suppliers, agronomists, veterinarians, and buyers into one digital agricultural network. Her long-term vision is to build a scalable agricultural intelligence and distribution ecosystem capable of improving productivity, food security, sustainability, and market access across the continent.
Beyond technology and business, Agnes is deeply committed to mentorship, youth empowerment, and community transformation. She is the Founder of the Bright Mentorship Program, an initiative focused on guiding and inspiring young people toward purpose, leadership, confidence, and personal growth. Through the program, she has organized mentorship events in Kirinyaga that have created visible impact among the youth, including mentorship workshops and empowerment initiatives that continue to shape lives and inspire future leaders.
Agnes is also a woman of faith and spiritual leadership who actively serves within church and fellowship spaces. She is involved in mentorship and leadership through the Koinonia Crosspoint homegrown fellowship in Westlands and remains actively engaged with the Ruach West church community. In addition to leadership and discipleship, she participates in drama ministry, including church plays and stage productions that use storytelling and creativity to communicate faith, healing, restoration, and biblical truth. Her ability to blend creativity, ministry, leadership, and innovation reflects her dynamic personality and multidimensional calling.
