Kenya🇰🇪 is set to build a $294 million multipurpose arena and entertainment district in Nairobi, led by Zaria Group. The 10,000-seat project, backed by Masai Ujiri and Helios Sports & Entertainment Group, is part of Nairobi Railway City and is expected to create thousands of jobs.

According to BBC Sports we've understood that the Premier League has confirmed that Manchester City have been found guilty of all charges related to breaches of Premier League financial rules between 2009-10 and 2017-18.

And that an independent Commission found that during that time period, the club arranged "sham contracts" with a number of its commercial partners, as well as "relying on sham agreements to artificially inflate the club's revenues and reduce its costs".

The statement also said that City were guilty of the majority of charges in relation to its failure to co-operate, but an exact figure was not given.

Kenyan inventor Elly Savatia is using technology to make communication easier between deaf and hearing people. 🇰🇪🤟🏾

He founded Signvrse, which developed Terp 360, an app that converts speech and text into a 3D avatar that signs in real time, helping make sign-language communication more accessible.

The idea was inspired in 2020 after he saw deaf students struggling because of a shortage of interpreters.

Working with more than 30 deaf collaborators and incorporating over 2,300 local signs, Elly built the technology around the needs of the community.

His journey from dismantling radios and clocks as a child to building inventions like a robotic staircase for wheelchair users shows how curiosity can grow into innovation that changes lives. 🚀🇰🇪✨

Aliko Dangote's net worth surged to $51.3 billion after the IPO of his $20 billion oil refinery, according to Forbes.

The IPO was launched on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, offering 4.1 billion new ordinary shares at N525 each, aiming to raise N2.15 trillion.

Bloomberg currently values Dangote's net worth lower, at $35.3 billion, despite Forbes's higher estimate.
