We have been accepted into Claude by Anthropic Startups.

Esoteric Strats is now part of Anthropic’s programme for companies building with Claude.

What that means in practice:

1. Claude across our whole team, in how we design, write and ship.
2. API credits that go straight into the products we are building for clients.
3. Direct time with Anthropic’s Applied AI team.

We have spent years building software for organisations across Kenya and the region. AI is now part of how that work gets done, and this gives us better tools and better access to do it properly.

11.1 billion cyber threats detected in Kenya in one financial year.

That is the figure the National KE-CIRT/CC recorded for FY 2025/26, up 29.0% from the year before. Advisories sent to affected ICT users rose 60.8% to 83.1 million.

More of Kenya’s life and business now runs online, so there is more to protect. Awareness is not a one-off campaign. It is a habit, for teams and for individuals.

Three things worth doing this week:

1. Turn on two factor authentication for email and banking.
2. Update the devices and software you have been postponing.
3. Pause before you click a link you did not expect.
