NOW YOU HAVE THE ALARM ON YOUR PHONE. In emergency situations press and hold the alarm button for 2-3 seconds and the alarm is sent to Swedtec alarm center. At the same time your chosen contacts (family/friends/police) etc receive a link to the alarm page. That way they can see your exact location. Your contacts will then decide the best cause of action e.g call police, ambulance or simply come get you. The alarm is not a tracker. Your position will be transmitted only when you raise the alarm. You can raise the alarm from anywhere since the transmission uses data, but if you don’t have data the alarm will be transmitted as a text link. So the alarm will always be transmitted no matter what. Panic buttons in our houses only protect us if we are within the house since they are fixed.
