For three days, the Trademark Hotel was buzzing with conversations about AI, digital inclusion, humanitarian response, data systems, and the future of technology in development.
From 20–22 May, ICT4D Conference 2026 brought together hundreds of professionals, practitioners, and changemakers across 76 sessions filled with learning, debate, and collaboration.
While attendees moved between sessions, connected over coffee, and exchanged ideas, our team was working behind the scenes to make the experience seamless. From onsite registration and badge printing to payments, attendee support, and live session check-ins, Eventmatic helped keep everything running smoothly across all three days.
What makes event technology exciting for us isn't just the registrations or attendance numbers. It's the people behind every check-in. The curiosity that fills every session room. The conversations that spark new ideas, partnerships, and solutions.
One of our favourite moments is always watching an event come alive—from the quiet moments before registration opens to the energy of hundreds of attendees moving through the venue with purpose.
Through real-time attendee tracking and session check-ins, organisers had instant visibility into engagement throughout the conference, allowing them to understand participation as it happened.
