The approach into a new year is usually marked with great expectation, pomp and hilarity. 2020, has taught us caution. We no longer presume all will be as before. As the Israelites stood on the shores of the Red Sea, a crossover was unthinkable. Yet, it was necessary. The Lord had purposed to gain glory for himself through all tough situations (Exodus 14:4,18).
Likewise, the angel of the Lord has led us this far; the pillar of cloud has sustained us and we now have Crossed-over. Surely, His goodness and mercy will follow us as we venture into the new (Ps 23:6a). May the Lord refresh you, grant you peace and refreshing in his paths;
May your fears melt before him;
May you lack nothing that you need to stay in His presence;
May your cup of blessings overflow.
