AJIRI is aimed at bridging the existing gap between skilled/semi-skilled workforce and the labor market. It sources for jobs that exist on a part time basis, on contract, on a one-off basis, and matches them to the large pool of existing workforce. At AJIRI, our aim is to formalize the informal sector, ensuring that the workforce becomes employable on demand, bankable and creditworthy and thereby eligible to access credit facilities from mainstream financial institutions.
