JOB VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Location: Mombasa
Salary: Ksh 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Mombasa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, engaging potential customers, generating sales leads, and supporting our digital marketing activities.
This is a hands-on role that involves both online and physical customer engagement. We are therefore looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, understands sales, and is comfortable creating content and using digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain an active online presence.
- Develop and coordinate promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and engage prospective customers both online and physically.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers and maintain good customer relationships.
- Conduct product and service demonstrations both online and in person.
- Generate sales leads and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Assist with photography and videography for marketing and promotional content.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Identify new sales and marketing opportunities.
- Keep track of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Support marketing events, activations, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, ICT, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar applications.
- Experience in photography and videography will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili, both spoken and written.
- An ICT background or experience working with technology-related products and services will be an added advantage.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
