What You’ll Do
In this project, you will perform language and dialect identification tasks, reviewing responses from two different models and deciding which one identified a proposed language correctly. You’ll select answers from predefined options such as “none,” “first model,” “second model,” “both,” or “reject.”

Your input will play a vital role in training safer and more accurate AI systems!

Responsibilities

Annotate and evaluate :200 samples in Luo
Select the correct model outputs from predefined options
Ensure accurate language/dialect identification and consistent annotations

Requirements

Native (or near-native) fluency in Luo
Advanced English skills (to understand instructions)
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Ability to follow detailed annotation guidelines
Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or objectionable content

Payment: We pay either $11 or €10 per completed 45-minute session. Earnings are paid out on the 1st and 15th of each month via worldwide bank transfers or PayPal.
Level Up: Tutors willing to commit in advance to teaching our intensive courses (5 lessons per day) earn 20% more per lesson (currently English & German only)
Tutor Requirements

Be a native speaker of the language you want to tutor.
Be able to legally work as a part-time contractor.
Be a friendly and supportive person.
Have a passion for other cultures and language learning.
Be fluent in English.
Technical Requirements

A computer or laptop with a we**am.
A fast and reliable internet connection (Minimum upload: 2Mbps / Minimum download: 4Mbps. Test your speed here.)
Headphones with a microphone.
A quiet, non-distracting space with good lighting.

Step 2: If we think you might be a good fit, you will receive an email from our Tutor Management Team asking you to create a tutor account.
