The biggest disappointment for me is always waking up to a power loss. That fickle moment where the lights go off, the fans stop rolling, the TV blacks out, and the phone charger light dims. The moment that a loud silence steps into your house, and you suddenly realize are about to spend the next minutes/hours/days stranded.
Trust me, I know it. There are no moments that used to work against me like during those outage moments. First, because my work requires that I be practically online, and two, I live on the coast.
There is no prettier way to put it out there. Just install solar and be free!
