If i was to give 4 words to describe the network this would be it.
2.Controlled Downtimes👨‍💻👨‍🔧🧑‍💻
I will be lying to you if i said that we don't have Downtimes, Of course we do even the biggest in the game are having difficulty in this. Have you ever checked out the complains on the Fiber Page lately?
3.Poor Customer Service 🥹 🥹 🥹
Have you ever dated a tech guy? Women should understand, Until we find a Solution to what ails our network No Communication Past "We are experiencing a Downtime, Kindly Bear with Us as we seek a solution" can be made hence the unanswered customer care calls. CALLS SHOULD BE BANNED IN THIS SERVICE INDUSTRY.
Don't get me wrong i understand your frustrations but yelling on the other end of the line makes the process longer. Send a text, Nobody gets upset haha
