I believe that North eastern Kenya, with low population and vast wealth and land, can produce a significant amount of food. These regions can be used to feed the NATION and the World. Garissa a lone has the potential making the NATION food secured and even surplus for export.
The KEY to these is WATER. It being among the ASAL regions in the country the cloud harvesting process and underground abstractions of water plus the River Tana can be used to achieve this.
Lets OPEN our eyes and brains and FEED the world and the Future.
