New update had been made from Helb group, which gave directive that Helb is moving from its original platform to more upgraded one. And therefore, with above, all the beneficiaries of Helb, including those who had finished up but have not yet cleared their loan repayment are required to register as a new member of the upgraded platform, failure to which you'll not be able to access Helb services when the deadline will be due.
To anyone who had applied for 2020/2021 subsequent loan via the Helb app will not be able to receive their funds if they fail to do as the requirement. Therefore, your loan application will only be verified and you can monitor its progress after you've upgraded.
How is it done?
1. Go to your Helb portal, using your smartphone, laptop or desktop. (The laptop or desktop will be so convenient)
2. You'll find a link which will require you to login or register, click register as a new member. NB:- you must maintain the original Email Address and Phone number you used while you were creating your Helb account at the time your were applying for First time undergraduate loan for easy work.
3. After registration, and providing your ID number, they'll send you a link in your email, which you'll use to activate your account
4. Once activated, you'll then be required to update all your details (you'll be directed which details they need)
5. When done with step 4 above, you'll then login using your new details and from there you can now get access to Helb services.
