In many countries, key drivers prevent women and girls from accessing STEM including social norms and traditional cultural values. Often societal norms discourage girls from studying STEM, considering it a domain for males. Perceptions are reinforced by the limited and weak visibility of successful women in those domains who can mentor and advocate for girls’ education in STEM.

At we have partnered with Digital Skills Accelerator Africa DSAA e.V.’s to double our efforts in operationalizing our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
