Simulation gets you close. The grind gets you there. 🛠️
Our 3D prints proved the concept (as seen in our last post!), but that was just the starting line. The real challenge began on the workbench.
Look at that first shot. That pile isn’t a mess; it’s months of relentless physical iteration. We moved from digital files to real-world testing—adjusting hinge tension, obsessing over material feel, and shaving off milligrams until the balance was perfect. ⚖️
You can’t simulate comfort. You have to feel it.
After hundreds of physical adjustments, we finally have a prototype that feels as good as it sounds.
