Culture Day (文化の日, Bunka no Hi) is a public holiday in Japan held annually in Japan on November 3 for the purpose of promoting culture, the arts, and academic endeavor. Festivities typically include art exhibitions, parades, and award ceremonies for distinguished artists and scholars.

To observe this holiday, Go Japan will be closed on Thursday, November 3rd. We will be back with service and sales from the 4th of November, Friday.

Dear Agents,

I hope this email finds you well.

As you may know, Omicron Covid variant is slowly spreading around Japan and we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace. Although for the time being Tokyo is mildly affected, we want to act fast and ensure we’re taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks.

Since the virus is highly contagious, we would like to implement the following rules until its safe for our employees to continue with our day-to-day operations.

1. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – We would like to inform you that starting today (𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐) 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, office supports will be available from 𝟏𝟎:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦 (𝐆𝐌𝐓+𝟗). Schedule for February will be provided as soon as updates are available.
2. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 – Orders sent after 𝟐:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦 (𝐆𝐌𝐓+𝟗) will automatically be processed on the following business day. Please refer to the Agent’s portal for the status of your orders. If you wish to cancel orders, please let GP partners know.
3. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 – If orders are not processed due to Product availability, one of our consultants in GP partners will contact you directly to inform you about it.
4. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 – Some of our partners who are greatly affected by the risk of Covid19 are observing precautionary measures may result to delayed updates for data, usages, technical support etc. Please bear with us regarding this.

• For redelivery of TA-Q-BIN parcels, requests must be completed by 4:00pm (GMT+9).
• Redelivery on the specified date and time may not be possible due to disaster, traffic conditions, etc.

We have received an update form our shipping courier. Please refer to the notes as follows:

Delivery of Kuroneko DM flights during the year-end and New Year holidays:

1. Kuroneko DM flights shipped by December 24, 2021 (Friday)
⇒ Delivery will be done within 3-4 days including the shipping date.
If you wish to have it delivered within the year, please ship it as soon as possible.
2. Kuroneko DM flights shipped from Saturday, December 25th to Tuesday, December 28th, 2021
⇒ Expected delivery day 3rd or 4th of January. However, there may be a delay due to road congestion and weather conditions at the end of the year.
3. Kuroneko DM flights shipped from December 29, 2021 (Wednesday) to January 1, 2022 (Saturday)
⇒ It will be delivered after January 3 (Monday).
4. Kuroneko DM flights shipped after January 2, 2022 (Sun)
⇒ Delivery will be done within 3-4 days including the shipping date.

Dear Agents,

I hope you are doing well. We will have some updates regarding the monthly payment system, We will have new payment system starting from November, it will only apply to new customers that avail our service from that month (11月).

A. For customers bought the service between 1st to 20th - Monthly Payment Date: Last day of the current month (Advance payment for the following month).
B. For customers bought the service between 21st to 31st - Monthly Payment Date: Last day of the following month (not the current month).

Usage Term will still be the same from the first until the last day of the month. And please remind the new customers regarding these dates :

- Temporary Suspension: 1st of the following month (If bill is unpaid).
- Last Settlement Date : 9th day of the following month.
- Permanent Disconnection: 10th day of the following month.

If payment is not received by the last day of the month, service will be temporarily suspended by the first day of the following month. The service will be reconnected after 2 working days once payment is received.

This is an official announcement regarding some changes of the pocket Wi-Fi and data sim last payment date and termination date.

Starting this month, October 2021, all Pocket Wi-Fi, and Data Sim card customers regardless of their Go Japan services (Old and New) who have not paid their monthly payment on the 22nd will be permanently disconnected on the 23rd day of the month.

・Monthly Payment Due Date: 15th of the month. (Temporary Suspension Date: 16th of the month)
・Monthly Payment Deadline: 22nd of the month until 23:59. (Permanent Disconnection Date: 23rd of the month)

Please settle your payment before or on the 15th to avoid service suspension.
