As you may know, Omicron Covid variant is slowly spreading around Japan and we’re doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace. Although for the time being Tokyo is mildly affected, we want to act fast and ensure we’re taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks.

Since the virus is highly contagious, we would like to implement the following rules until its safe for our employees to continue with our day-to-day operations.

1. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 – We would like to inform you that starting today (𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐) 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, office supports will be available from 𝟏𝟎:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟑𝟎𝐩𝐦 (𝐆𝐌𝐓+𝟗). Schedule for February will be provided as soon as updates are available.
2. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 – Orders sent after 𝟐:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦 (𝐆𝐌𝐓+𝟗) will automatically be processed on the following business day. Please refer to the Agent’s portal for the status of your orders. If you wish to cancel orders, please let GP partners know.
3. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 – If orders are not processed due to Product availability, one of our consultants in GP partners will contact you directly to inform you about it.
4. 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 – Some of our partners who are greatly affected by the risk of Covid19 are observing precautionary measures may result to delayed updates for data, usages, technical support etc. Please bear with us regarding this.
𝟓. 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 –
• For redelivery of TA-Q-BIN parcels, requests must be completed by 4:00pm (GMT+9).
• Redelivery on the specified date and time may not be possible due to disaster, traffic conditions, etc.
