2. Instructions on ways to increase internet speed

2.1. Enable Limit Reservable Bandwidth

Windows operating system will not provide the full connection speed for the user, but always retain 20% of the bandwidth for other purposes. That's why even if you run out of bandwidth, the reality is that you're only using about 80%. However, you can remove this mode by activating the Limit Reservable Bandwidth to use all the bandwidth to increase the internet connection speed.

Steps to be followed:

Step 1: Press the Windows + R key combination (the flag key) to open the Run command window
Step 2: Type gpedit.msc on the Run command window and press Enter or click OK to make the Group Policy Editor window appear.

Step 3: On the Group Policy Editor window, choose Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> QoS Packet Scheduler
Step 4: You will see Limit reservable bandwidth, then you select Enabled. You need to enable Limit reservable bandwidth, set the value to 0 (the value is set by default to 80). Finally, select OK and restart the system.
Note: After removing the bandwidth limit, surely the computer's network access speed will be significantly faster. However, this job also has two sides of it because Microsoft retains 20% of the bandwidth to perform the Update Window or take control of the user's computer.

This 20% bandwidth also ensures that your computer operates more stably, so if you change the reserved bandwidth to 0%, the automatic updating of Windows will be affected. Therefore, you should only use this method when absolutely necessary and when the network speed is really stable, you should reinstall as the factory defaults.
