【記者会見を実施しました】
2026年2月、沖縄県那覇市にて「医療DXが繋ぐ、沖縄の医療連携 〜Joinを活用した救急現場〜」と題した記者会見を行いました。
現在、沖縄では「おきなわ急性期ネットワーク連絡協議会」のもと、15の医療機関と4つの消防本部が連携し、アルムの医療関係者間コミュニケーションアプリ『Join』を活用した救急医療体制の構築が進んでいます。
この取り組みの大きな特徴は、個別の病院ではなく、地域という「面」で連携している点にあります。

広域ネットワーク： 東西約1000km、南北約400kmというこれほど広範なエリアでの医療機関・消防本部連携は全国的にも希少

Transforming Emergency Care: A Regional Medical DX Model from Okinawa
In February 2026, we held a press conference in Naha City titled
“Connecting Okinawa’s Healthcare Through Medical DX.”
Under the framework of the Okinawa Acute Care Network, 15 medical institutions and four fire departments are now connected via Allm’s medical communication platform, “Join”.
A defining feature of this initiative is its multi-institutional structure. Rather than operating at the level of individual hospitals alone, emergency responders and multiple medical institutions have established an integrated regional emergency care network.
Okinawa Prefecture spans approximately 1,000 km east–west and 400 km north–south, encompassing vast ocean areas and remote islands. Within this geographically expansive region, emergency teams—utilizing ground ambulances and Doctor-Heli (emergency medical helicopters)—and healthcare providers are able to share critical clinical information in real time.
This represents one of the most advanced large-scale regional emergency collaborations in Japan.
During the press conference, frontline physicians shared insights into the challenges facing Okinawa’s regional healthcare system, along with concrete case studies highlighting Doctor-Heli operations across the prefecture and practical examples of medical coordination in the northern region.
We believe this initiative has the potential to inform scalable regional emergency care models in areas facing physician maldistribution and geographic constraints—both in Japan and globally.
