The customer sent in a 2020 MacBook due to an issue where the system does not boot past the Apple logo screen. Additionally, the fans are running at full speed.
Running the MacBook in this state for an extended period—while assuming it would eventually boot—likely caused the processor to overheat, which can lead to long-term damage.
After replacing the battery, the device is now functioning normally, and the battery holds a charge comparable to that of a new unit.
We offer a 3-month warranty on the repair and have properly disposed of the old battery in accordance with environmental safety standards.
