「日本のOpen Sesame Technologies（OST）とTrueZeniX.ai、製薬業界におけるAI活用を加速させるための戦略的提携を発表」
日本・名古屋 | 2026年7月14日：日本のOpen Sesame Technologies（OST）とTrueZenix.aiは、約2年間にわたる協力関係と共同プロジェクトの実施を経て、覚書（MoU）の締結を通じて戦略的提携を正式に発表しました。
本提携により、OSTの日本市場における強固な現地基盤、信頼関係、そして高度なAI技術と、TrueZenix.aiの製薬分野における深い専門知識およびGxP準拠のデジタルトランスフォーメーションソリューションが融合します。両社は協力し、日本の製薬およびライフサイエンス企業が、研究、製造、品質管理、実験室、規制対応業務の各分野においてAIの導入を加速できるよう支援していきます。
本MoUには、OSTを代表して森岡氏とラケシュ氏、TrueZeniX.aiを代表してアキレシュ氏および経営陣が署名しました。TrueZeniX.aiの取締役兼理事であるバヌ・プラカシュ・レディ・ヴァルラ博士は、両組織の連携と今回の戦略的提携の確立において重要な役割を果たしました。
OSTとTrueZeniX.aiの経営陣は調印式に出席し、日本企業との長期的なパートナーシップを構築し、ライフサイエンス業界向けに信頼性の高いAI主導のデジタルエコシステムを創出するという共通の決意を改めて確認しました。

“Open Sesame Technologies (OST), Japan and TrueZeniX.ai Announce Strategic Alliance to Accelerate AI in Pharma”
Nagoya, Japan | 14 July 2026: Open Sesame Technologies (OST), Japan, and TrueZenix.ai have formally announced a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) after nearly two years of collaboration and joint project engagements.
The alliance combines OST's strong local presence, trusted relationships in Japan, and advanced AI capabilities with TrueZenix.ai's deep pharmaceutical domain expertise and GxP-compliant digital transformation solutions. Together, the partners will help Japanese pharmaceutical and life sciences companies accelerate AI adoption across research, manufacturing, quality, laboratories, and regulatory operations.
The MoU was signed by Mr. -San and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jammula-San on behalf of OST, and Mr. Akhilesh and the leadership team of TrueZenix.ai. Dr. Varla Bhanu Prakash Reddy, Director and Board Member of TrueZeniX.ai, played an instrumental role in connecting the two organizations and establishing this strategic collaboration.
The leadership teams of OSTSand TrueZeniX.ai attended the signing ceremony, reaffirming their shared commitment to building long-term partnerships with Japanese enterprises and creating a trusted AI-driven digital ecosystem for the life sciences industry.
