The customer asked for a document on the call. Who is sending it?

VoicePing Meeting Logs keeps the customer’s request connected to the next step, including what is blocking progress and who owns the follow-up—even when the conversation crosses languages.

Managers can see which accounts need attention. They can also ask a connected AI tool for an answer and follow the links back to the source calls to check the details.

A training video can be ready to share before it’s ready for everyone to use.

If colleagues work in another language, they need a way to follow the explanation. VoicePing File Transcribe creates translated subtitles and dubbed audio from an existing recording, along with a transcript and AI summary.

When a question comes up later, they can search the recording in Meeting Logs and return to the relevant part.

Put a recording you already have to work for your overseas team: https://voiceping.net?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social_organic&utm_campaign=post_20260910_facebook_video_translation_vertical

You’ve arrived for a site visit. The person you need to speak with uses another language, and there’s no connection on your phone.

VoicePing Offline Translation is designed to help with that face-to-face conversation. Speak in turn and translate the reply back on the same phone, without Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Prepare a supported language pair before the visit, so translation is ready where the conversation happens.

We’re taking VoicePing in a new direction, and we’re excited to share it with you!

Our new mission brings us into Physical AI, with a focus on end-to-end robotics. The goal is to bring AI and robotic hardware together so robots can understand instructions and carry out tasks in the physical world.

For a team that has spent so much time helping people communicate, exploring how that understanding can lead to physical action is an exciting next step.

Here’s a first look at what we’re exploring. We look forward to sharing more as we build!

We tested Unlimited-OCR on real-world documents.

Audited text accuracy reached 92% on forms and formulas, but 0% on natural handwriting.

On clean documents, the model rebuilt a W-9 as an HTML table and converted formula pages into editable LaTeX-like text.

The harder inputs revealed the risk. One W-9 classification changed from C corporation to S corporation. One formula index changed. Dense newsprint fell to 20% accuracy and began repeating and inventing text.

The PDF runs were mixed too. The 2-page and 14-page files stayed in order, but the 6-page file repeated page 3 and skipped page 4.

We ran the test locally on one GPU across seven real images and three multi-page PDFs. That makes the practical fit clear: Unlimited-OCR works best on clean, regular documents, while handwriting, newsprint, mixed-script photos, and important multi-page files need source-linked review.

This was one local configuration, not a universal ranking. Read Akash Verma's full method, artifacts, and results: https://voiceping.net/en/blog/unlimited-ocr-real-documents/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social_organic&utm_campaign=post_20260731_facebook_unlimited_ocr_real_documents

We tested four commercial OCR APIs on the same 20 real images, three times each.

There was no single winner.

Google Cloud Vision returned all 60 requests with a 421 ms median latency. OCR.Space Engine 3 produced the lowest normalized character error rate on successful outputs at 24.7%, but seven requests timed out and successful responses took 7.6 seconds at the median.

Azure AI Vision Read and Mistral OCR also completed all 60 requests, with median latencies of 542 ms and 1.3 seconds respectively.

The images covered English, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese across tables, formulas, menus, packaging, and forms. Every provider received the same source bytes and was measured with the same scoring pipeline.

Our practical takeaway: Google was the safest general default in this dataset when speed and complete responses mattered. OCR.Space was more compelling for accuracy-first batch work that could absorb retries or manual fallback.

This was a 20-image diagnostic benchmark, not a universal ranking. Full results, artifacts, and methodology are in the first comment.

One event can need more than one translation setup.

At AI×MedTech Asia Innovation Challenge 2026 at STATION Ai in Nagoya, startups first presented to the room, then moved into one-on-one matching with Japanese healthcare and medical-device organizations.

VoicePing supported those moments differently. Japanese–English captions appeared on a shared screen during the pitches. At the matching tables, speech translation helped two parties communicate directly.

Formula Consulting, the Aichi Prefecture-commissioned operator for the pitch program, said the pitch captions were generally smooth and conveyed the speakers’ intended meaning, while noting occasional word-recognition issues.

The matching room showed a different challenge. Several conversations were happening at once, and background voices sometimes affected audio pickup.

The practical lesson: multilingual event planning is also room planning. Screen placement, microphones, acoustics, and space between conversations can all shape the experience.

Thank you to the Formula Consulting team for sharing the details behind the deployment. 🤝
