🌟Job Description(အလုပ်အကိုင်အကြောင်းအရာ)🌟
You will be responsible for supporting Salesforce implementation or performing development using Apex.


・Analyze client business workflows and propose optima Salesforce utilization strategies
・Engage in active communication with both the development team and clients


・Customize Salesforce based on business needs using standard features
・Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
・Design and implement integration between Salesforce and other systems (such as ERP or databases)

☀️Application Requirements(လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း)☀️
✅Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher (If not certified, business-level Japanese conversation skills are required)
✅At least 2 years of work experience in Japan
✅Experience as a Salesforce engineer or possession of Salesforce certifications
✅End-to-end development experience, including design, implementation, and testing

☀️Preferred Qualifications:(လျှောက်ထားသူများအတွက် ဦးစားပေးအရည်အချင်း)☀️
✅Experience as a team or project leader
✅Experience in mentoring or training junior engineers
✅Possession of Salesforce certifications

💰Salary(လစာ)
Estimated annual income: ¥5,000,000 and above

【Job Description (အလုပ်အကိုင်အကြောင်းအရာ)】
・Overall project management and member management for offshore development.
・Defining requirements and creating designs.
・Training and follow-up of junior engineers.
・Proposing and driving the most suitable solutions for customer issues.
・Active communication with the development team and customers.
【Application Requirements (လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း)】
・More than 5 years of work experience (2 years or more of work experience in Japan).
・Development experience in Java, C #, PHP (Laravel required), and Ruby.
・Consistent development experience from design to testing.
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher.
　(If you haven't obtained N2, business-level conversation skills are required).
・Experience in creating design documents and test specifications in Japanese.
【Preferred Qualifications for Applicants (လျှောက်ထားသူများအတွက် ဦးစားပေးအရည်အချင်း)】
・Experience in project management and member management.
・Experience in defining requirements and customer negotiations.
・Previous work experience involving infrastructure tasks with AWS, GCP, or similar platforms.

ミンガラーバー🇲🇲

本日はＭＥＴＡＴＥＡＭのプロジェクトで使用されている言語について紹介します！
こちらでは上位3位の言語をご紹介します💁🏼‍♀️

1位：Java
ＭＥＴＡＴＥＡＭで最も多く使われているのがJavaです。
HR系や観光系、レジャー系など直近では一般の消費者向けのプロジェクトも増えている印象です。

2位：PHP
ミャンマーの会社とも行っているオフショア開発でも多く使用されているのがPHPです。主にLaravelのフレームワークを使用したプロジェクトがあります。

3位：Python
WEBシステムだけでなく、データ分析や人工知能(AI)でも使用されている言語ですね。
ＭＥＴＡＴＥＡＭのプロジェクトでもデータ分析やメタバース等のプロジェクトで使用されています。

【第１回ミャンマー交流会レポート🇲🇲！】

ミンガラーバ！
7月22日に日本にいるミャンマー籍の方を対象にエンジニア交流会を開催しました！！
当日はＭＥＴＡＴＥＡＭと社外のエンジニアが15名の方にご参加いただきました。
ご参加いただいた皆さん、ありがとうございました。

初めての交流会ということもあり、今回は四谷三丁目のミャンマー料理店「ミャンマー料理ゴールデンバガン」さんにご協力いただき、シャン料理をみんなで食べました！

今回の交流会では職場も開発技術も、経験も異なる方が参加し、日本での生活の話や仕事、夏休みの予定など話が盛り上がりました。
また第2回も開催しますので興味がある方は、ぜひご参加ください。
