Regarding Resale from Japan to Overseas
Recently, we have identified instances in which WELLFLOAT products purchased from authorized retailers in Japan have been resold overseas.The unauthorized use of our copyrighted product images, brand logos, or trade names—particularly on online marketplaces websites—may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
In such cases, WELLFLOAT reserves the right to request the immediate removal of such listings and to take appropriate legal action.
Furthermore, if it is determined that products are being repeatedly purchased within Japan for the purpose of resale outside the country, WELLFLOAT may, at its sole discretion, decline to conduct any future sales to the individuals or entities involved.
Purchasing Outside Japan
Repair and after-sales support for WELLFLOAT products are available exclusively for items purchased through our authorized distributors and/or official dealers in each respective country.
Products obtained through parallel imports, personal exports, or unauthorized online platforms are not eligible for repair or warranty services.
To ensure the authenticity, performance, and quality of WELLFLOAT products—as well as to receive reliable customer support—please make your purchases only through authorized dealers and/or distributors in your region.
