【マイナビEXPO 2028 in 名古屋に出展中！】

本日、名古屋で開催されている「マイナビEXPO（2028年卒向け）」に、
NICグループ（日本インフォメーション / NIC Global Solutions）に加え、
ホロニクスも新たに参加し、合同で出展しています！

初回のブース説明会から、
想像以上に多くの学生の皆さんにお越しいただき、
会場は終始とても活気にあふれていました。

真剣に話を聞く姿勢や、積極的に質問してくださる様子に、
スタッフ一同、大きな刺激とエネルギーをいただいています。

Today, the NIC Group (Nippon Information / NIC Global Solutions),
together with Holonics,
is exhibiting at the MyNavi EXPO for the Class of 2028 in Nagoya!

From our very first booth session, we were thrilled to welcome an even larger number of students than expected.
The venue was filled with energy thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and active participation.

We were truly inspired by the students who listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions,
and showed genuine passion for their future careers.

【2025 Year-End Closing Party】

We held our 2025 Year-End Party (Bonenkai) at a wonderful restaurant in Tokyo! 🥂
It was a fantastic evening filled with incredible Fugu (Pufferfish) sashimi and hot pot.

This gathering was a great way to celebrate our hard work and the milestones we achieved at NGS this year.

【グローバル社員研修 in 名古屋】

グローバル社員向けの年次研修を名古屋にて実施しました。

この研修は、東京・大阪・名古屋から、NIC/NGSのグローバルメンバーを一堂に会し、業務に関するスキルアップのみならず、
それぞれの経験や成功談を互いに共有し、更なる絆を深めあうことを目的としています。

研修日前夜には、恒例の夕食会でカジュアルな交流を深めた後、研修日は業務で活かせる重要スキルに焦点をあてたプログラムを実施しました。

🤝 多文化環境で活躍するためのコミュニケーション

今年は16名のメンバーが参加し、互いに刺激を与えあい、スキルアップを図ることが出来ました。

[Global Employee Training in Nagoya]

We just wrapped up our Global Employee Training in Nagoya, and the energy is buzzing!
It was an incredible day bringing together all our NIC/NGS global members from Tokyo, Osaka, and right here in Nagoya.

It's more than just training - it's an opportunity to connect, share stories, and get inspired by the achievements and successes of our colleagues,
from seasoned seniors to our newest team members.
We kicked off with our traditional pre-training dinner for some casual catch-ups and moved into a full day focused on key skills for our future, including:

このたびNGSは、14周年という最高の記念日を迎えることになりました！🎉

記念として、東京の北海道レストランで美味しいディナーを囲み、素晴らしい時間を素晴らしい仲間と過ごしました。
社長、執行役員、そしてマネージャーの方々にもご参加いただき、

初めてスキーをする社員も数人いて、楽しい旅行になりました。
