本日は当社で開催している「JSセミナー」に参加しました✨
JSセミナーでは、講師の方をお招きして「経済」「政府」「国際関係」など、毎回異なるテーマについて発表していただきます。
今回は中国のシェアードエコノミーや中国の進化についてです。
また、日本の問題や日本と中国の対策の違いなどもお話にあり、とても興味深い内容でした。
次回のテーマは未定ですが、当社のJSセミナーは外部参加OKなので、興味がある方は是非ご連絡ください✨

Today I was able to attend our company's JS Seminar😋
At the JS Seminar, we invite a lecturer from the outside to teach our employees about topics such as the economy, politics, and international relations.
The topic this time was China's shared economy, cashless society, and also about some problems that Japan has and the reason why it grows differently than China.
The topic and the presenter was really interesting!
Although the topic of the next JS Seminar isn't decided yet, if you are interested, feel free to join✨

当社では月に1回、インストラクターさんにお越しいただき、社内ストレッチを行っています！
今回は今年の第1回目でした✨
普段から座ったままの体勢が多いので、気付いた時に自分でやることが大切だなと思いました😱
本日はいつものストレッチに加え、地獄のスクワットにも耐えたので足がプルプルします🙄
みなさんお疲れ様でした！

Every month, we have an instructor who comes to our office for our office stretch time✨
Since we spend most of our time at our desks all day, it's important to stretch your body.
This time, in addition to our usual stretches, our instructor threw some squats into the mix😱

While there are a lot of people who are starting work today, at UIT Inc., we start the first day of the year with a visit to the local shrine (Kanda Myoji Shrine) with all our employees to pray for a prosperous year and the well being of our families✨

こんにちは🌞
11月7・8日の2日間で今年度採用した新卒外国人留学生の懇親会を開催しました🎉
場所は箱根です♨️🍁
1日目はアイスブレーキングアクティビティーや仕事内容を含めた各社紹介を行いました。
採用担当からはUITグループ内の外国人社員紹介、入社前サポートチーム紹介、勉強して欲しい内容や入社後の流れについて説明しました。
特に「UIT Group Moments」というプレゼンでは、2018年内に行ったイベントの話をしましたが、
当社の魅力が伝わったようで皆さんの反応が良かったです😆

2日目はチームビルディングアクティビティーとメンターから目標設定の話がありました。
3ヶ月後、半年後、3年後についてです。
今から3年後は少し想像しにくいですが、皆さんは優秀なのできっと達成できるはず！
先輩社員と一緒に頑張りましょう！☺️

Hello!
Over the past two days, we held an overnight get together with our future employees in the hot spring town Hakone 🎉♨️🍁
All of them are study abroad students from China, by the way🇨🇳

On day one, we held an ice breaking activity (Human Bingo) and also introduced each company and what jobs our new recruits will be doing in April.
Our recruiting manager also introduced other foreign employees, our pre-employment support team, and also shared pictures of various events that we had during 2018✨
I think that she really showed how amazing our company is!

On day two, we held a team building activity and the new employee's mentors shared goals that they set for new employees over the course of 3 months, 6 months and three years.

Trying to imagine where you will be in three years is really difficult, but everyone who joined us is brilliant, so we’re certain that they can meet their mentor's goals!
Let’s all do our best together! ☺️
