ما مكونات نظام SAP؟
يتكون نظام SAP من عدة تطبيقات كثيرة، يمكن أن يتم استخدامها مجتمعة، ويمكن أن يتم استخدامها على حدة، وتعرف تطبيقات هذا النظام والتي تكون مترابطة باسم وحدات إس إيه بي.
لكل تطبيق من تلك التطبيقات سعرها الخاص بها، ورخصة مستقلة بها، ومن أهم هذه التطبيقات التي تدخل ضمن نظام ساب ما يلي

1- نظام FICO

يقصد به المحاسبة المالية، وهو تطبيق مسئول عن العمليات المالية بالشركة مثل العمليات الخاصة بالمصروفات والدخل والمديونيات والسداد من قبل العملاء، وعمليات الدفع للموردين.

2- نظام سي أو (بالإنجليزية CO)

يقصد به التحكم، وهو النظام المسئول عن إدارة مصروفات الشركة الداخلية فقط.

3- نظام سي آر إم (بالإنجليزية CRM)

يقصد به إدارة علاقة العميل، فهو النظام المسئول عن إدارة العملاء، من حيث تعاملهم اليومي معهم وإنشاء السجلات الخاصة بكل عميل، وذلك من أجل تسهيل التعامل معهم، وتحليل التطبيقات المستقبلية المتوقعة، والاطلاع على جميع العمليات التجارية.

4- نظام إس دي (بالإنجليزية SD)

يقصد به المبيعات والتوزيع، وهو النظام المسئول عن جميع عمليات البيع التي تتم داخل الشركة، وترتيب الطلبات، وجدولة التصنيع والتوصيل، وأيضاً التأكد من وجود المنتجات.

5- نظام إي سي EC

يقصد به السيطرة على المشاريع، وهي اختصار لكلمة (Enterprise Controlling).

6- نظام تي آر TR

يقصد به الخزينة، وهي اختصار لكلمة (Treasury).

7- نظام آي إم IM

يقصد به إدارة الاستثمار، وهي اختصار لكلمة ((Investmemt Management.

8- نظام إم إم (بالإنجليزية MM)

يقصد به إدارة المواد، وهي اختصار لكلمة (Materials Management).

9- نظام بي إم (بالإنجليزية PM)

يقصد به صيانة المصنع، وهي اختصار لكلمة ((Plant Maintenance.

10- نظام بي بي (بالإنجليزية PP)

يقصد به تخطيط الإنتاج، وهي اختصار لكلمة (Production Planning).

11- نظام كيو إم (بالإنجليزية QM)

يقصد به إدارة الجودة، وهي اختصار لكلمة (Quality Management).

12- نظام بي دبليو (بالإنجليزية BW)

يقصد به تخزين العمل، وهي اختصار لكلمة ((Business Warehousing.

13- نظام آي إس (بالإنجليزية IS)

يقصد به حل الصناعة، وهي اختصار لكمة ((Industry Solution.

14- نظام سي إس (بالإنجليزية CS)

يقصد به خدمة العميل، وهي اختصار لكلمة ((Customer Service.

15- نظام بي إس (بالإنجليزية PS)

يقصد به أنظمة المشروع، وهي احتصار لكلمة (Project Systems).

16- نظام ماي ساب (بالإنجليزية MY SAP)

يقصد به إدارة دورة حياة المنتجات، بالإنجليزية (Product Life Cycle Management).

17- نظام إس سي إم (بالإنجليزية SCM)

يقصد به إدارة سلسلة دعم برمجيات نت ويفر، ويعد هذا النظام هو المسئول الأول عن عمليات الإمداد والتوريد للعملاء، من حيث توصيل البضائع في أوقاتها وجدولة التوصيلات.

أصدرة شركة ساب العديد من الأنظمة منذ بدأ نشأتها حتي الأن فهي تقوم بترقية وتطوير كل فترة بحيث تواكب التغيرات الادارية والتعاملات داخل الشركات المختلفة.

( SAP Modules ) حيث يتكون نظام ساب من عدة تطبيقات يطلق عليها أسم

ومن أمثلة هذه التطبيقات هي

( FI – CO – SD – HR – MM — CRM )

حيث كل تطبيق يقوم بجزء معين داخل الشركة، وتحتاج لمزيد من الشرح والتوضيح لذلك سوف نقوم بشرحها بشكل مبسط في موضوع آخر منفصل.

ومن ضمن أهم أبرز أنتاجات شركة ساب هو نظام ساب بيزنس ون هذا النظام صمم خصيصاً لكي يناسب الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وما أكثر الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطه في عالمنا العربي.

لذلك نظام ساب بيزنس ون هو من أفضل الانظمة وأكثرها طلباً لدي الشركات.

When SAP first introduced the idea of the in-memory database SAP HANA in 2010, skeptics dismissed the idea as a “complete fantasy.” Relational databases on-premise had been the backbone of enterprise systems, and some questioned whether the in-memory approach could really work when applied enterprise wide to a company’s data assets. At that time, relational data lakes and the cloud were mostly a dream of the future.

I was very fortunate to gather customer feedback on SAP HANA early on. While I was working on my PhD on new applications optimized for in-memory databases at the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI), I had the opportunity to present one of the first SAP HANA demos, a dunning app, developed at the HPI for SAPPHIRE in 2010. Just as it continues to be today, customer feedback was invaluable and helped us a lot in these early days.

Fast forward ten years, and over 32,000 customers are now benefiting from what has become the engine of the intelligent enterprise. Analysts have also consistently confirmed SAP’s database strategy: SAP was positioned as a leader for the seventh consecutive year in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Management Solutions for Analytics in 2019, and most recently, was rated as the number one leader in the Forrester Wave for Data Management for Analytics.

The “complete fantasy” of SAP HANA turned out to be a reality that severely disrupted the database market. And with its latest innovation SAP HANA Cloud, SAP HANA has become a fully-fledged cloud solution that offers all the innovative capabilities that are unique to SAP HANA, as a cloud Service.

As SAP Supervisory Board chairman and SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner explained back in 2010, an in-memory database paved the way to do things that had previously been considered impossible.

What is SAP?
SAP stands for Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing. SAP, by definition, is also the name of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software as well as the name of the company. SAP Software is a European multinational, founded in 1972 by Wellenreuther, Hopp, Hector, Plattner, and Tschira. They develop software solutions for managing business operations and customer relationships.
