Job Opportunity: Accountant
Are you an experienced accountant with a knack for financial accuracy and a strong command of Excel? Do you possess excellent time management skills and the ability to travel when necessary? Ard Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Amman!
Role Overview:
As a full-time Accountant at Ard Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting our financial operations. This on-site position will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure the financial health and stability of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Preferred certifications: CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or JCPA (Jordanian Certified Public Accountant).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel when required.
