📢 Job Vacancy, We are hiring a Project Manager!
📌 We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible about overseeing the process of planning, executing and delegating responsibilities around an organization's information technology (IT) pursuits and goals.
⭐ Job Duties:
▪️ Defines the objectives to be accomplished by the project team.
▪️ Directs systems analysts, software designers and programmers to determine the best methods to achieve the projects objectives.
▪️ Executes and guides project operations through the use of systems development and project management methodologies accepted by the industry.
▪️ Evaluates and reports progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT projects.
▪️ Works with client departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support.
▪️ Maintain project calendars and modifies schedules as required.

▪️ Uses appropriate systems development methodologies to structure and organize the tasks to be completed by the team and develops the project plan.
▪️ Monitors and reports project status using established metrics against the plan.
▪️ Reviews the team’s work products, and participates in staff performance evaluations.
▪️ Keeps informed of technical and managerial advances in IT.
▪️ Performs additional duties as assigned or requested.
⭐ Skills and Qualifications:
▪️ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, CIS or any related field.
▪️ Proven experience as a Projects Coordinator, Project Manager.
▪️ Minimum 1 Year of experience.
▪️ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪️ Self-Motivated.
▪️ Strong Leadership Skills.
▪️ Team Oriented.
▪️ Strong Attention to Details.
