The Horizon PC-640 is a versatile and user-friendly paper cutter, ideal for office environments and other settings that require precision cutting. Here are some key features and specifications:

Cutting Capacity:

Maximum Cutting Width: 25.19 inches (640 mm)

Maximum Cutting Height: 2.75 inches (70 mm), allowing for stacks of paper up to about 685 sheets thick.

Cutting Speed: 3.3 seconds per cycle (at 50 Hz) and 2.8 seconds per cycle (at 60 Hz)​(Horizon)​(Spiral Binding).

Safety Features:

The cutter includes a double safety circuit and a hard-wired secondary safety interrupt to enhance operator safety.

It won’t operate if the front cover is open, and cutting stops immediately if either of the two buttons is released during operation.

A key-activated power switch limits access to authorized users​(SDMC)​(Spiral Binding).

User-Friendly Design:

The PC-640 is designed for simple operation: set the cut size, clamp the stock using a pressure handle, and then press two cutting buttons.
