We are looking for a motivated **Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Officer** who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real software and AI projects.

✨ **Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or any related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
• Ability to write clear user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Very good knowledge of manual testing and bug reporting
• Very good experience in Azure DevOps, including Boards, work items, user stories, tasks, bugs, and test cases
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Arabic speaker
• Excellent English communication skills
