Important Notice: Unauthorized Use of Ark Technologies' Name
Dear Valued Clients and Partners,
It has come to our attention that some brokers are unlawfully using the Ark Technologies name without authorization to mislead clients into believing we are a regulated broker. These fraudulent entities falsely claim to offer trading accounts and accept funds under our name.
We want to clarify that Ark Technologies is solely a technology provider. We do not engage in any trading activities, nor do we handle end-user accounts or funds. Unfortunately, these unethical actions have harmed our community—clients, brokers, and administrators alike—and have led to serious consequences, including the suspension of our mobile apps in certain regions.
Such violations will not be tolerated. Any broker found misusing our name or breaching our agreement will face immediate suspension and license termination, with no possibility of reinstatement. Additionally, their contact details will be permanently blacklisted from obtaining any future licenses.
We urge all brokers to operate ethically and in full compliance with the agreements they have signed. Maintaining integrity within our ecosystem is crucial for everyone’s success.
