يسر الإعلان عن توقيع اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجية مع لتزويد وإدارة الحلول والخدمات الرقمية المتكاملة للمركز، في خطوة نوعية تهدف إلى تعزيز التحول الرقمي ورفع كفاءة الخدمات الطبية والإدارية المقدمة للمرضى.

وتشمل الاتفاقية تصميم وتطوير وتشغيل مجموعة متكاملة من الأنظمة الرقمية الحديثة، بما في ذلك:

نظام المعلومات الصحية (HIS)
نظام المختبرات (LIS)
نظام الأشعة (RIS)
نظام الموارد البشرية (HR)
نظام تخطيط وإدارة الموارد المؤسسية (ERP)
نظام إدارة المستودعات والمخزون (Inventory)

كما تتضمن الاتفاقية تطوير تطبيق ذكي خاص بالمرضى يتيح لهم متابعة نتائج الفحوصات المخبرية والتقارير الطبية والأدوية والمواعيد بسهولة وأمان، مع توفير ربط مباشر مع نظام حكيم ونظام الفوترة الوطني، إضافة إلى ربط كافة الأنظمة مع نظام الأرشفة والصور الطبية (PACS) المعمول به حالياً في المركز، بما يضمن تكامل البيانات الطبية وسهولة الوصول إليها بكفاءة عالية.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن رؤية مركز زماريا الطبي نحو بناء بيئة صحية رقمية متكاملة تعتمد على أحدث التقنيات، وتمهّد للتحول الكامل إلى مركز طبي ذكي غير ورقي، بما يعزز جودة الرعاية الصحية، ويرفع كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية، ويحسن تجربة المرضى بشكل شامل.

وقد وقع الاتفاقية المدير العام لـ مركز زماريا الطبي د. حازم قديسات، والمدير العام لـ مجموعة المجرة الدولية م. محمود الجاغوب، بحضور عدد من الإداريين والفنيين من كلا الجانبين.
