Astute Tech Solutions CEO’s Report.
Business overview.
It was Norman Vincent Peale who said and I quote “Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy” (end of quote) It was on this basis that the Astute Tech Solution Company was form on the 13th of January in the year of Lord 2015. Here at Astute Tech Solutions Company we Keeps true to our Tag line which state “Surpassing expectations through Technological Creations”. This business what form because we saw the need for improvement in the technology field.
The mission of Astute Tech Solution Company Mission to:
Mission:
Astute Tech Solutions provides services such as webpage design, networking, programming, development, implementation and maintenance of systems. It is our mission at ATS to provide businesses or prospects with products and services that fulfill their wants and needs at the right price. Astute Tech Solutions aim to gratify our employees, customers and the demands of our society at large to the best of our abilities. Our friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff will help inspire, educate and problem solve our customers.
Financing of the business:
The company brought a proposal to a major finical institution in order to obtain a loan to get the business off the ground. This Proposal took the form of a five (5) year loan from the bank to finance the business operations.
Departments and responsibilities:
The Company currently has four main departments namely: Financial and Human resource, Operations and marketing:
Finance and HR Department.
The Finance and HR Department which is headed by Miss Diamond King, deals the financial aspect of the business. Day to day transactional accounting for the business. This will include the tracking of all transactions and the management of any government reporting, preparing the financial statements. This area also encompasses the credit and collections policies for the company’s customers, to ensure the organization is paid on time, and that there is a payment policy for the company’s suppliers.
Operation Department
The Operations department is headed by Miss Nicole Campbell, this department is responsible for carrying out the contracts that the company have been given and to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied.
Marketing
The Marketing Department is headed by Miss Shantell Cephas. The marketing department has overall responsibility for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability.
Future Projections of business success:
We are currently engage in Contracts with some government owned schools to design and maintain schools website, we are also currently involved in contracts with large hotels and business within St. Ann and Montego Bay.
