Is Your Organisation Prepared for Today's Cyber Threats?

Cybersecurity isn't just about preventing attacks. It's about building resilience, protecting your reputation and ensuring business continuity.

Here are five warning signs that your cybersecurity strategy may need attention:

✔ Systems haven't been assessed in over a year
✔ No documented incident response plan
✔ Employees have limited cybersecurity training
✔ Security monitoring is reactive rather than proactive
✔ Compliance requirements are unclear

At Fujitsu Caribbean, we help organizations identify vulnerabilities before they become business risks.

Let's start the conversation.

Today, we join the Caribbean in commemorating Emancipation Day, a moment to honour the resilience, courage, and enduring legacy of those who fought for freedom and helped shape the societies we know today.

As we reflect on this important chapter in our shared history, we celebrate the rich cultural heritage, diversity, and strength that continue to inspire progress across our region. Their sacrifices remind us of the power of unity, dignity, and opportunity for all.

We are proud to celebrate the people, cultures, and communities that make our region vibrant and unique. 🇧🇧🇯🇲🇹🇹

⚽🧠🔐 The Intelligent Game

A great afternoon of football, technology, and customer engagement at Fujitsu Caribbean’s recent World Cup Semi-Finals Watch Party in Jamaica.

Guests enjoyed a unique pre-game experience as our Cybersecurity expert Obika Gellineau used football simulations to demonstrate how cyber-attacks unfold—and how organizations can stay one step ahead.

Thank you to our customers and partners for joining us for a day where strategy, intelligence, and teamwork took centre stage—both on and off the field.

And finally... Congratulations to Spain on becoming World Cup Champions! 🇪🇸🏆

Our Jamaica office came alive with energy, team spirit, and a touch of global excitement during our monthly townhall as the space was transformed to create own World Cup experience.

Employees proudly showed up in their team jerseys and colours, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrated both the beautiful game and the strength of our people. From engaging discussions to food, refreshments, friendly games, and watching the match together, the day was a perfect blend of connection and celebration.

Moments like these remind us that beyond the work, it’s our culture, camaraderie, and shared experiences that drive us forward as one team.

During the recently held Fujitsu Americas Business Kick Off in Jamaica; Nicholas Lee, Executive Director and Head of Fujitsu Intelligence, shared how AI systems capable of autonomously handling multi-step administrative tasks could help reduce bottlenecks in areas such as permitting and reconstruction approvals.

“I think there’s a significant opportunity for us to look at bottlenecks, like permitting, and how can we leverage AI to do that more effectively,” Lee said, pointing to post-Melissa reconstruction as an area where AI-assisted permitting systems could accelerate recovery efforts.
