Summary of the Position:
Our Sales Agents provide exceptional customer service representatives over the phone, to prospective customers in an effort to convert each contact into sales.
**NB: Must have previous experience selling Cable, Internet and Phone Services.
Essential Duties Responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about all the products and services for the providers we sell.
• Respond to customer queries about our providers services, equipment, promotions.
• Enhance customer retention and satisfaction by providing outstanding and prompt customer services.
• Take customer calls and complete service orders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and rate plans.
• Develop innovative ways to sell our providers products and services to customers.
• Handle customer requests for payments, activations, upgrades and other services.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Handle large volume of customer calls efficiently.
• Handles customer questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one call resolution.
• Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer's business.
• Handles business transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts on a computer terminal.
• Communicates with customers using web-based tools and demonstrates the associated proficiency in typing and grammar.
• Sell all products and services offered by the company.
• Has broad working knowledge of AT&T practices and operations and demonstrates continued and consistent proficiency in most of the skill sets utilized within the Host Call Center.
Required Skills, Abilities&Knowledge:
•Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Must have a excellent personal demeanor and soft skills.
•Must be able to describe products an suit their benefits/ advantages to customer needs.
•Must be able to work cooperatively on a team and with all staff members.

Our Retention Specialist uses exceptional customer support and relationship to build and capture the loyalty of our customers who are currently using one or more of our products.Our Retention Team is responsible for resolving business interruption throughout the life- cycle of our client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handle high-volume outbound/inbound telephone calls and emails.
⦁ Organize all affected parties to execute problem resolutions.
⦁ Maintain clear and comprehensive tracking notes on resolutions for all client accounts.
⦁ Maintain a high focus on achieving the targets established by management.
⦁ Support the Sales Organization with pre/post sales inquiries

Required Skills

⦁Willingness to contribute to and deliver outcomes towards meaningful and challenging goals
⦁ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to express empathy and enthusiasm for a customer-focused experience
⦁ Strong ability to probe and correctly identify customer needs/concerns
