Network Update

Our FiberNet team has been working tirelessly throughout the Cockpit Country, restoring the critical backbone network between Alps and Duncans. Our main fiber feeder lines cross the rugged gullies and hills of this protected area, making restoration a challenging but essential task.
We are pleased to advise that restoration work is progressing well, and we are actively working to restore service to the communities of Alps, Sawyers, and Jackson Town over the coming weeks.

We understand that many customers have been without service for an extended period, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Our commitment remains unchanged: we will continue working until every home is reconnected.
Thank you for standing with FiberNet as we rebuild a stronger and more resilient network for our communities.
