🌪️ Service Update 9th January 10:55: Jersey Broadband 🌐

We’re aware that Storm Goretti has caused service issues for some of our Jersey Broadband customers. This may be due to power outages or damage to overhead cables.

✅ If you have power but no broadband:

Please reboot your ONT by switching it off for 10–15 minutes and then back on.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact us via Live Chat or call 882882 to log a fault for an engineer visit.

🔧 Our engineers have identified that most faults are affecting properties connected by overhead cables. They are investigating and working hard to restore services as quickly as possible.

📢 If you know your property is fed by an overhead cable and you have no service, please contact us to log a fault. This helps us speed up resolution.

Customer wanted a ‘Frame TV’ supplied and installed above the fire place, solid granite wall, no cables to be left showing.
Others advised that this couldn’t be done, the only way was to build a fake partition/media wall.

Up came the team from JET…
Supplied and installed onto the granite wall…
No cables showing…
All hidden away as requested…
Very happy customer…
