It’s not just an employment verification…

Yesterday, we sent an employment verification request to a client and received the completed response the very same day.

We thanked them for what must be one of the quickest employment verification responses we’ve ever received, their lovely reply was: You are most welcome! It is important that these processes that impact people are not slowed up.”

We couldn't agree more, employment verifications and references may seem like another piece of administration, but behind every request is a real person waiting to move forward with a new opportunity.

A quick response can make such a difference and help ensure that someone’s employment journey isn’t unnecessarily delayed.

So, a little Friday appreciation for those who take the time to respond promptly. It really does make a difference.

🎃 It's spooky season! 🎃

Halloween may be all about ghosts, but they're not so welcome in recruitment...

Over the years, we've heard plenty of stories from candidates about:
